DMCA & Takedown

Effective September 12, 2026. Regulars is a publisher of curated listings gathered from public sources and the organizations that host events (see Section 4 of the Terms). If you believe something on Regulars infringes your copyright, tell us and we will review it promptly.

1. Before you send a notice. Much of what appears here (event and venue names, dates, images, and logos) belongs to organizers and venues and is shown to help people find things to do, with credit where required. If your concern is a wrong image credit or a listing detail, a short note often resolves it faster than a formal notice: just write to hello@regulars.in.

2. How to report infringing content. Send a written notice to hello@regulars.in with enough detail for us to act on it. Please include:

  • The work. The copyrighted work you say is infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
  • The location. The exact URL on regulars.in where the material appears, so we can find it.
  • Your contact information. Your name and a way to reach you (an email, and a phone or mailing address if you have one).
  • A good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • An accuracy statement. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your signature. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next. When we receive a complete notice, we review it and remove or disable access to material we determine is infringing. Because Regulars compiles listings from many sources, we may instead correct or re-source a listing when that resolves the issue.

4. Counter-notice. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@regulars.in. Identify the material and where it appeared, include a statement that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and add your contact information and signature. We will handle it as appropriate.

5. Repeat infringers. We may remove content from, or stop sourcing, providers that repeatedly post infringing material.

6. Contact. Copyright and takedown notices: hello@regulars.in.
