Terms of Service
Effective September 12, 2026. Regulars ("Regulars," "we," "us") is operated by the Regulars team. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Regulars is. Regulars is a curated guide to events, activities, and things to do in the Greater Palm Springs / Coachella Valley area. We gather and organize information from public sources and the organizations that host these events. We're a publisher, not an organizer: we don't run events, sell tickets, or take responsibility for the events and places listed. Ticket, venue, and organizer links take you to third-party sites we don't control.
2. Accuracy. We work to keep listings accurate, but details change: dates, times, prices, and availability especially. Always confirm details with the venue or organizer before you go. We don't guarantee any listing is complete, current, or correct, and we aren't responsible for plans made based on one.
3. Acceptable use. Use Regulars for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape, copy, or republish our compiled listings at scale, interfere with the site's operation, or use it unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property. The Regulars name, design, and the way we compile and present listings are ours. Event and venue information, images, and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you find things to do. Image credits are noted where required. If you're a rights holder and want something changed or removed, contact us (Section 10).
5. Saved items. When you save something, that list is stored in your own browser by default. Clearing your browser data clears those saved items. Accounts are optional: if you sign in with your email (a one-time link, no password), your saved list also syncs to our server so it follows you across your devices. You can delete your account, and everything saved to it, from the account page at any time.
6. Third-party links. Listings link out to ticketing, venue, and organizer sites we don't operate. We're not responsible for those sites, their content, or their terms; using them is between you and them.
7. The site is provided "as is." We offer Regulars without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will be accurate or available.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Regulars isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing, including events that are changed, cancelled, sold out, or not as described.
9. Changes. We may update these terms as the site grows. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and significant changes will be noted on the site.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
