Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve

A 20-acre preserve along the western edge of La Quinta Cove, threaded by the paved Bear Creek Trail — a 2.7-mile multiuse path under the Santa Rosas that works equally well for a morning walk, run, or ride. Sunrise and sunset are the times to go; there's little shade in between.
