On Sunday, November 15, Living Out Palm Springs & Sunset Music present The Changer & The Changed: Celebrating Womyn’s Music—a special afternoon featuring Cris Williamson, Corday & Abby Posner—three artists, different generations, one musical lineage.
Legendary singer-songwriter Cris Williamson, whose landmark album The Changer and the Changed became part of the soundtrack of the Women’s Music movement, will also receive the Sunset Music & Education Foundation Legacy of Inspiration Award, honoring her extraordinary contribution to Women’s Music.
Joining Cris are Southern California singer-songwriter Corday and acclaimed singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Abby Posner.
Expect songs, stories, guitars, laughter and community as we celebrate the music and movement that gave generations of women a place to hear themselves—and find each other.
