Sound Baths at Crystal Fantasy

Sound Bath sessions at Crystal Fantasy, a recurring series across the week. Relax your body, mind, and spirit with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and guided meditation. Chairs and some mats are provided, or bring your own.

Sessions:

· 1st and 3rd Saturdays, 6–7pm: Sound Bath Experience with Alexa

· Saturdays, 6–7pm: Sound Bath Journey with Mike D (38-inch Chao Gong, crystal singing bowls, 22-inch Paiste Gong, chimes and more)

· Sundays, 11am–12pm: Sound Bath Sunday with Brittney (September 6 and 20, during Spa Month)
