Hip-Hop & Breakdancing | Open Level

Learn the foundations of hip-hop and breakdancing in this fun, beginner-friendly class for adults. Explore grooves, foundational steps, toprock, footwork, freezes, and introductory floorwork while developing strength, coordination, musicality, and confidence. No previous dance experience is required; however, participants should feel comfortable safely moving down to and getting up from the floor.
