Ballet | Open Level

Develop strength, balance, flexibility, and graceful movement in this welcoming adult ballet class led by Rebecca. Class begins at the barre and progresses to center work, introducing foundational ballet technique, posture, coordination, and musicality. Open to adults with varying levels of experience, with modifications provided as needed.
