Designed for adults, but open to all, this class focuses on graceful, low-impact movement that nurtures mobility, balance, and a deeper connection to the body. It is a gentle, yet inspiring movement class with modern technique. Participants will explore simple sequences drawn from dance, stretching, and mindful breathing. No prior dance experience is needed, just a willingness to move, smile, and enjoy movement.
