Sunday Meditation Class: The Art of Not Getting Annoyed
Nov 1–29 · Every Sunday · 10am–11:30am · Dharmachakra Kadampa Buddhist Center · Palm Springs

November 1 - November 29 | 10 - 11:30am with Buddhist teacher Jennifer DeSantis
Some people are easy to love.
Others… seem to test our spiritual practice. In this 5-week meditation series, The Art of Not Getting Annoyed, we’ll explore how to move from irritation, judgment, and reactivity toward genuine affection, gratitude, and appreciation for others.
Through practical Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations, we’ll discover why we sometimes push people away, how our own mind creates dislike, and how changing the way we see others can completely change the way we experience them.
Week by week, we’ll learn to soften our reactions, recognize the kindness and good qualities in others, and even become genuinely happy for their happiness and success.
Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is needed.
